All health and safety consultants and trainers should be competent in their role. This competency is defined as appropriate training, experience and knowledge, and consultants and trainers should have the authority to advice within the particular industry.
All consultants and trainers at Health and Safety Essentials have accomplished experience and high qualifications in their field of expertise; and are members of recognised professional organisations that insist on continuous professional development (CPD). This continuous development is continued into Health and Safety Essentials’ procedures and standards; we continually adhere to best practise and guidelines as developed by the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) and the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA). |
